You are at the section Bits 'N' Bytes
Character Set: Windows 1252
Windows-1252 or CP-1252 (code page – 1252) is a 1 byte character encoding of the Latin alphabet, used by default in the legacy components of Microsoft Windows in English and some other Western languages (other languages use different default encodings).
It's often confused with the ISO 8859-Part 1 character set and mistakenly labeled as the non-existant ANSI character set.
It's actually a superset of the ISO 8859-Part 1 character set with printable characters in the 80-9F hex byte range.
