The Ed Zingity Show plays a mix of classic rock, bubblegum pop, psychedlic rock, golden rock oldies, classic rhythm and blues, cartoon rock, teen pop and other music he feels like playing on his show.

Ed Zingity is the host, which is a cross between Ed Sullivan and Ed Simian (from Lancelot Link, Secret Chimp), and plays blocks of related genre and theme songs. On many of the shows, the Riddle Man comes on stage to tell a riddle, usually with a banana pun.

Other features include BeDeep, where the BeDeep Frog selects the rare rock songs for Ed to play. New for 2026 is Don Burgundy's Classic Country Corner, where Don plays the classic country records he and his late father grew up on.
