2000/01/03-Eastern; for Central and Pacific, subtract one hour

On this date, NBC was down to two hours of daytime programming from 1-3pm ET, 12-2pm CT/PT. One daytime hour became the third hour of the "Today" block in September of 1999. The hour that was used for "Sunset Beach" was given to affiliates.

There were now 12 daytime shows left on the schedule.

There would be no daytime schedule changes for the next three years!

CBS and ABC had four and a half hours of daytime network programming.

pm01:30-pm02:00: CBS The Bold and the Beautiful (S) (present)
