"Chapel" returns while "Break" replaces two shows in a time slot shuffle with "Noontime News".

DuMont shifts its first 90 minutes later and expands it to 1 3/4 hours.

DuMont begins its broadcast day later at 1:30pm ET and drops "Ladies' Date". It was down to two hours a day.

DuMont dropped its three early shows and was down to just one hour a day. There won't be a schedule change until October 11 of 1954, over 12 months from now.
