Among the foods are leafy greens, kiwis (3x a day), watermelon, egg whites, oats, berries, red beets, skim milk, yogurt, oatmeal, broccoli, sesame and rice bran oils, ground flaxseed, bananas, salmon, mackerel, omega-3-rich fish, seeds, garlic, herbs, dark chocolate in moderation (one ounce a day; don't eat the whole bar in one day!), pistachios, olive oil, pomegranates, fermented foods, lentils, and cinnamon (without sugar!).
