You cannot make a hand with two cards with values of ten, as there are no cards with a value of one.
You cannot make a 21 combo in a hand without a ten or a face card, so combinations that look like three seven's, or a 6-7-8, 5-8-8, 4-8-9, 3-9-9, or a 5-7-9 combo, are also illegal in this game.
You can't swap in a card from your opponent if your opponent's card is already part of a 21 in a hand.
You cannot swap in a card from your opponent if the card you swap in won't make an immediate 21 in the hand on a pallet. Simply swapping in a card to pair with another card to add up to eleven without the card worth ten points is not enough.
You can't bust your opponent's hand on a pallet. The cards that would have put a hand over 21 would have to go into another pile.
