07-06-1983: Larry "Bud" is dressed as Death in a segment called, appropriately, Hospital Etiquette. Patient Chris Elliott can't keep a straight face as Larry continually blows his lines.

07-06-1988: Dave displays the priceless gift G.E. gave him on the achievement of 1,000 shows: a toaster. Throughout the show, he tosses toast to the audience.

07-06-1994: Both Dave and soccer announcer Andreas Cantor call "GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL"s all throughout the show. Also, Dave and soccer player Alexi Lalas kick balls into the audience

07-06-1994: Dave leaves the show after his opening remarks and heads upstairs to read a wrestling magazine with his face in a mud mask. Paul retrieves him.

07-06-1994: Top Ten Rejected QVC Items - 2. The Bob Barker home neutering kit.

07-06-1999: Audience woman (Janine?) goes up front, buttons Dave's jacket. Also, Top Ten Martha Stewart Tips for Beating the Heat.

07-06-1999: External camera: Rupert. Dave and he recall his first appearance on the show (9/20/93), when he came in for a standing ovation; we see a clip of it. Later, we see a clip of Mujibur and Sirajul's 1st appearance on the show (11/8/93) from K & L Rock America.

07-06-1999: It's hot (bank thermometer: 109), so Biff goes outside and watches a 45-pound block of ice melt. Later, we find that one inch of the block has melted.

07-06-1999: Secret word is "neoprene" for 1200 damn dollars (sponsors: Dan Quayle and Larry King).

07-06-2000: "Out of focus celebrity cameo" might be Regis. Also, "Anna Kournikova Play of the Day"--she waits to receive.

07-06-2000: Campaign 2000, starring Maria Pope, sponsored by the American Red Cross (no slogan). Dave talks about "Survivor" and "Big Brother" and then interviews Joel Klugg, the latest one kicked off "Survivor". Sponsor: The United Way ("Thanks to You, It's Working"). (Alan reads the sponsors in an argumentative way.)

07-06-2000: Guest Daljit Dhaliwal, the ITN presenter Dave likes.

07-06-2000: Know Your Current Events: (1) Mike, the glazer from Chattanooga, picks Know Your Fireworks; (2) Joyce, recently retired from Ontario, picks Know Your Women Bowlers, but is overruled by Dave (Know Your Wedding Announcements from Last Sundays N.Y.Times). Both contestants win meat.
