02-01-1986: Late Night's Fourth Anniversary airs from a Boeing 707 enroute from New York City to Miami as everyone on the staff is seated throughout the plane, and the second deck of the plane is turned into Hal Gurnee's make-shift control room.
02-01-1989: Dave's Predictive Powers in Sports Events: Paul makes a horse bet after Dave has predicted which will come in first; he wins, gets rich, and crashes his limousine. Paul then moralizes on the proper way to earn money.

02-01-1990: Late Night's Eighth Anniversary Special is broadcast from the L.A. Universal Amphitheater as Larry "Bud" lights the Olympic torch. Dave closes the show by mounting a horse and riding it off the stage as Jerry Vale performs the "Late Night Anthem." This tape is used again for the final LNwDL show three years later.
