07-29-1986: Tom Hanks appears to plug his film with Jackie Gleason, "Nothing in Common." After setting up a clip from the film, the show airs Paul eating cereal.

07-29-1987: Cold Open: A clip from last night's Crispin Glover appearance, as Dave wakes up from a nightmare. Unfortunately, Paul and Biff tell Dave it was no nightmare.

07-29-1987: Top Ten Things Overheard at Billy Joel's Moscow Concert - 7. Our countries may have their differences, but we can agree "Piano Man" really gets on your nerves. 6. There's no chance Yakov Smirnoff will come back, is there?

07-29-1997: Traci and Carl make their first trip to see Dave in NYC.

07-29-1998: Dave's Powerball ranting continues. Also, there's apparently a want ad in the "Washington Post" for a new President.
