Dave asks Hal, who refers him to Louise, the cleaning lady (played by "Old Henry," actor Paul Andor), who explains he's worked at NBC for 25 years and is two months away from receiving his pension. Dave fires him anyway; the audience boos; Dave calls her back; the audience cheers; Dave tells Louise she forgot to carry away the phone; the audience boos again.
